How to clean your bike post ride

Why no workshop stand: makes cleaning and adjustments so much easier. Given the cost of bikes any stand is cheap in comparison. Normally use Gunk, hot water (soon goes cold in this weather) and washing up liquid. Remove wheels, easier to clean frame etc.

Wrong wrong wrong always rinse degreaser off with water not just wipe it.. As it will remain and will decrease your new oil.. Basic stuff.. Apart from that you have been told to wash mucky parts with soapy water! Really! And hopefully you have rinsed after ur soapy water .. Really poor advise

What a natural presenter!  Fab video, very informative, thank you!

My advice though (constructive criticism from a professional video editor) would be to film the entire clip again but ONLY shoot close up shots of the areas you describe.  Then you can cut images from the second take into the original edit as close ups.  Cutting away from the wide shot will show, close up, exactly what you're doing and the various parts you describe.

I can't watch it either. I really need to learn what to do rather than just hosing down and wiping dry!

I can't get this video to load? I haven't had any problems with any others. Any suggestions?
