My main goal is to lose weight. I've had the bike 2 months now a lost about 6 kg but there's still a long way to go.
Need to lose some weight but also would like to feel fitter and better.
I have noticed since starting cycling I feel fitter and healthier. Stairs and walking hills no problems. Still haven't shook a lot of weight. Can be quite off putting. Just remember the peace and quiet and lack of stress when on the bike
